(6) Feedback & Payment

Confirmation Once your lesson is completed, log back into italki. There will be a link where you can confirm your lesson and provide feedback. When you confirm the lesson took place, the italki credits will be transferred to the teacher. If there was a problem, it is important to click on the link to stop the transfer. If you do not confirm the lesson took place, the italki credits will be automatically transferred to the teacher after 7 days.

Feedback

Providing feedback on the teacher and the lesson is a crucial part of the italki teaching platform. This is the way that students let other users on the site know about the quality of a teacher. If a teacher was very helpful, let the community know so that the teacher gets good ratings.

If you need to review what are the different measures (professionality, knowledge, helpful), scroll down.

That's It!

That's it! We hope at this point, you would have had a successful lesson with your teacher, and that you'll continue to use the system for your online language learning needs.

We are always trying to improve the system, and we are very open to getting feedback. We also hope that as both teachers and students learn the system, they'll be able to help new users understand how to better navigate it. As always, please let us know how to improve the experience through our feedback, our writing to us directly on email (feedback (at) italki (dot) com), or on our official group (italki teaching platform group)!
