How do I set up my italki MyFinance account as a teacher?

If you are a teacher, you will have two accounts: a payment account and a revenue account. When you apply to be a teacher, if your application is approved, your revenue account will be created automatically. But you will need to setup your payment account separately. Please see the information manually.

How do I withdraw the income I have earned from teaching on italki?

Click "Withdraw" on the MyFinance navigation bar, input withdraw amount and methods, then click submit. After italki has approved the withdraw amount, the money will be transferred.

I have earned ITCs by teaching students on italki, now I want to pay another teacher for a session with the ITCs I have accumulated. Can I do this?

At this time, no. You will need to withdraw your teacher's income. You would use your payment account to buy italki Credits to pay for sessions studied with other teachers.
